What are Future Food Innovations?

Today in science our class was learning about how we are going to feed the increasing amount of people living on earth and what new innovations we will need to come up with to successfully feed everyone on earth by 2050. Students had half an hour to research and present their findings to the class. They also got to eat an insect if they wanted. A locust grown in Otago, New Zealand.

Taskmaster: LEGO stack in alphabetical order

Students were challenged to a taskmaster today and had to find things around their homes to make a tower in alphabetical order. Here are some students very creative ideas.

ANZAC Artwork and creations

Today room two's tasks were to create something ANZAC related and everyone got stuck in. I was amazed by the creativity and humbled by the meaningful messages and symbolism in many students drawings. Ruby has even created a huge poppy flower to place on a light post for people to see as they walk or drive past her street. I cannot wait to see the rest of the class' creations coming through on their blogs.
