What is the best part of you?

In ruma rua we have been learning how to write a poem using rhyming, short sharp sentences and writing using lines. We had a look at the book The Best Part of Me by Wendy Ewald, where children talk about their bodies using pictures and words. We thought about the things we love doing and what parts of our body we use to do these things. We hope you enjoy reading through our creative poems.

  3. Hey Room 2, I am Erana also from Waikowhai Primary School. Hmm I think that my favourite body part is my brain or my mouth. Why? My brain thinks about everything. My mouth lets me talk to people and taste foods, yum or yuck. I think that was a great slideshow! What was the most favourite body part in your class? What was the least favourite? Overall this is a great blogpost.
Keep up the awesome work! :)

  4. Kia Ora Room 2, My name is Shreyas from Waikowhai Primary. Interesting... I think my favourite part of my body is the brain because if you are in a difficult situation you could think of what to do, if you don't have a brain, you cant move a muscle. What like was the slideshow filled with students poems, another part was the hands where it said My hand are the things that I love and I can make it into a Dove, maybe next time you could get some comments from your class and put them into your blogs also have a safe time in C0VID - 19. Blog you later...
