This week we did the Google Docs Ninja Challenge.

We had to work through a Google Doc and do all the tasks.

Reusing Images in Google Slides

This week we had to locate images using the

Explore Tool in Google Slides.

When you use the Explore tool the images have been filtered and we are allowed to use them.

Here is Ruby's work.

She was able to do the Ninja task and use

Google Earth to screenshot maps of her 3 places.

Reusing Images

The Kawa of Care helps us make SMART decisions when using our device and this week

we had to search for images labelled for reuse.

We searched for images of Gisborne using the

search within Google Drawings.

Forklift Hold

Every week we have Cybersmart lessons with Mrs Torrie.

This term we are learning how to follow the 

Kawa of Care and take care of our devices.

We showed how to use the 'forklift hold" and 

how to hug and hold as we walked around safely.

We had to work in pairs to use the webcam on our 

Chromebook and insert our photos onto the slide deck.
